Independence Hall is the building where both the United States Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated and adopted.

Photographed from a window in my room at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia on an unbearably cold Valentine's Day, February 14, 2016, that hovered in the mid-teens for much of the day with blustery winds.
