POTD 2018/005. White Picket Fence in Snow the King House

Number 3 of 7 in my many times requested and long overdue black and white photo challenge.

I photographed this while in Suffield, Connecticut for Christmas, on the 26th, one day after our White Christmas-timed snow. I was finished photographing the historic King House on Main Street when the contrast of bright whites versus shadows and horizontals versus verticals caught my eye. I think it's a perfect candidate for black and white treatment.
